East St. Louis School District 189 has partnered with Parchment to send your official transcript quickly and securely to outside institutions.

Transcript requests are free during your senior year. On August 1st, following graduation, there will be a fee of $5.00 associated with sending your transcripts.

All orders are processed during normal school business hours.

Third party requests must also be made through the Parchment system.

If you are applying to a college that does not accept Parchment, please stop by Dr. Mateen’s office or the front office to request transcripts.

LAW OFFICES, COURTS: Third Party Agencies, Probation & Corrections, and all other Agencies, must pay a $10.00 processing fee for individual records with an appropriate consent form signed by the former student.  The request must include the Individuals name at the time of graduation, school and year of graduation, and date of birth.  All requests will be returned by postal mail or faxed upon your request.
