Dr. Rosalyn Phillips, Bright Smiles, partners with School District 189 to ensure that students have bright and healthy smiles. Dr. Phillips spends a lot of time providing site-based dental services for our students at campuses such as Vivian Adams Early Childhood Center. We are so grateful for her dedication to ensuring the health of our students.
