School/Parent Compact

All School District 189 students and parent/guardian are required to complete the  School/Parent Compact

Please complete this compact for each student in the district. If you have multiple children, each child should complete the form once.

The purpose of this compact is to encourage student achievement. Parents, students, principals, and teachers agree to work together to achieve academic success. All vested parties share the responsibility of helping students exceed state, district, and school academic goals.
