Nominating petition papers for the April 6, 2021 Consolidated Election can be obtained online at the St. Clair County Clerk web site www.countyclerk.co.st-clair.il.us or picked up at the County Clerk’s office. Nominating petitions must be signed by at least 50 registered voters or 10% of the voters, whichever is less, residing within the district.
Four seats on our seven-member Board of Education will be filled at the April 6, 2021 consolidated election. To be eligible to serve, one must be, on the date of election, a citizen of the United States, 18 years of age or over, a registered voter, and a resident of the State of Illinois and the East St. Louis School District for at least one year immediately preceding the election.
