Facilities Rental Request

Board Policy 8:20 Community Use of School Facilities 

School facilities are available to community organizations during non-school hours when such use does not: 1) interfere with any school-related function or impact the safety of students or employees, or (2) affect the property or liability of the School District, or (3) would not be in the best interest of the School District. The use of school facilities for school purposes has precedence over all other uses. The District reserves the right to conceal previously scheduled use of facilities by community organizations and other groups. The use of school facilities requires the prior approval of the Superintendent or designee and is subject to applicable procedures. 

To request to use district facilities, please complete this form at least 60 days in advance of the requested date to ensure appropriate processing, consideration and Board action. Please note the following: 

1) Facilities and grounds will not be made available to individuals for personal or social reasons (such as weddings or funerals) or to business enterprises for commercial gain.

2) The Clyde C. Jordan Stadium facilities are only available for district-sponsored events.

3) Outdoor events that may disturb the public are not permitted.

4) Groups must provide a certificate of insurance naming the District as an additional insured or otherwise show proof of insurance.

5) Persons on school premises must abide by the District's conduct rules at all times.

6) Fees and costs may be applicable for use of District facilities.
