The Wraparound Wellness Center

The Wraparound Wellness Center is a part of East St. Louis School District 189 in East St. Louis, IL. The Center was created to address youth violence and trauma in our community with culturally-responsive, family-focused, strength-based, trauma-informed supports. Our goal is to heal our community, starting with our youth where data shows they are more at risk after-school in the evenings and on the weekends.

We offer:

• Crisis Response Services (SOS Team) who partner with local law enforcement, the Illinois State Police, and the U.S. Marshal Service. 

• Handle with Care follow-up support services in each school building through our school social workers.

• Social work services at the St. Clair County Juvenile Detention Center.
