The Oasis Intergenerational Tutoring Program is seeking volunteers to serve with 1 elementary student for 1 hour a week. We train you and provide you with supports to be a successful tutor!

    You don't want to miss the June volume of School District 189's SHINE 189 newsletter! This periodic communications tool is focused on Supporting, Helping, Inspiring, Next-Level Educators. Learn about our amazing Class of 2019 graduates. Collectively, they have earned over $12.7 million in college scholarships. Of the 246 graduates, 7 also earned their associate's degree, 75 earned college credits and 19 earned industry-recognized certifications. This issue also highlights the phenomenal Teacher Residency Program (which has produced 12 outstanding new teachers) and the district's new HiSET program to increase access to high school graduation!
