    Annette Harris Officer Elementary School is located in East St. Louis, Illinois. Our school is centrally located and is one of five Kindergarten through 4th grade buildings in East St. Louis School District 189.

    School will begin for students on Monday, August 17, 2020 with REMOTE LEARNING at least through Friday, October 16, 2020 (the first quarter) to support the safety of our students, staff and families.
